"Sony hereby authorizes you, on a non-exclusive basis, to use the photos delivered to you by or on behalf of Sony of the Sony exclusive artist Leonard Bernstein (the “Photos”) for promotional and marketing purposes of the concert (physical and digital). This authorization for such use of the Photos shall automatically expire at the end of the concert season in which the performance takes place. In full and complete consideration of the rights granted to you above by Sony, you shall provide one (1) full page of the concert program to be used as print advertisement (the “Marketing Material”). Sony shall deliver to you such Marketing Material for inclusion in the program in a timely manner. You shall not have the right to make any changes, additions, alterations, cuts, interpolations and eliminations to the Marketing Material without Sony’s prior written approval. Sony will not be required to make any payment in connection with such print advertisement."
